INTRODUCING THE GREEN PART OF VIGEL

ENERGY THROUGH ENERGY.

Vigel Machining Centers recover the surplus kinetic energy during the deceleration and br aking phases. The reconver ted energy is re-entered in the ne twork, instead of being dissipated

through heat loss, accor dingly reducing the ener gy consumption.

SLEEP MODE TO MINIMIZE ENERGY WASTE.

When no operations are in pr ocess, after 10 minutes (pr ogr ammable time} a self-sufficient stand by mode gets activated. Machine power, hydr aulic generator, coolant systems are tempor arily shut down cutting energy consumption. Machine is ready and available for pr oduction.

LED TECHNOL OGY: SAME PERFORMANCE, LESS CONSUMPTION.

All the light sources on Vigel machines use LED technology in order to save energy.

RATIONALIZED HP CALLS.

A valve situated on the coolant tank, whenit is not necessary to deliver HP coolant in the machine, dischar ges the coolant back to the tank, gr eatly reducing the pump motor absor ption.

STOP AND GO.

Vigel hydr aulic power unit has a downstr eam accumulator in char ge of entering the circuit with the pr oper oil pressure. When needed, the hydr aulic power unit is used only to recover the

pressure in the accumulator, avoiding overheating the oil and wasting energy.

BI0-0IL.

Lubrication Oil used in our equipments is biodegr adable, leaving vir tually no deposits and pollution to the envir onment.

GREEN PAINTING.

New Vigel envir onmental policies have led US to rethink the way we paint our pr oducts. Today all our equipments use eco-friendly painting. Powder coating and water-based paints are used instead of traditional petr oleum-based solvents.
